2 1/2-3 1/2 Years Parent & Child Class 1:1 Ratio 
Me & My Buddy is an all-around coordination class that focuses on the development
of rhythm-motor skills, muscle coordination,
eye-hand/eye-foot coordination
and body movement and control.
Social and emotional growth and fair play are obtained through group participation
and activities. Classes have a different child-oriented theme each week
(Mickey Mouse, Underwater Land, Super Hero Week, Beach Party, etc.). Preschoolers use tumbling aids to add
to the excitement of mat work, balance beam, vaulting equipment and bars. Children benefit from having their parent work with them in this structured class. Parents or a familiar adult describe to the child everything he or she is doing and how they are doing it. "You are jumping so high because you are pushing really hard with your feet on the trampoline." "You are rolling because you are in the shape of a ball." "How are you going to
get under the paralette?"
This program incorporates everything from ball work to parachute and
rhythm instruments. The next age level class for your child is "Pre-Gym". Pre-Gym is for child 3 1/2 through Kindergarten.
